Get Famous is a great expansion pack and the Actor career is arguably the best, except it's broken half the time... The director is notoriously absent for several performance types, and without the director you can't really finish the job... Until now.

This mod gives you a workaround for what Maxis failed to fix, and gives you a simple way to complete a performance without needing a director. All you need to do to continue the performance, is click on a sim, go to "Actions...", and use the new immediate interaction to begin the performance without a director on the lot. It will instantly complete the "Tell Director Ready to Perform" step and allow you to complete the rest of the gig.
