yes... because peggy is now the "peggyzone" ^^ but I think most people will download peggy's stuff, signing up is free and not really much trouble....
I'm back and sort of not... I think I'm leaving mts2 and the whole sims2 business... If anyone is interested in uploading what I've created but not uploaded so far, please contact me...

The meshes/hairs on Peggy' site are in numerical order - I found it on page 40 I think. Somewhere around there.
