when I downloaded the zip file and opened it with the Clean Installer, it was empty! I'm not sure why...?

Did you open the ZIP-file with the Clean Installer or what's inside the ZIP-file?

The download and installation went fine for me.

I downloaded the file and tried to extract it with WinRAR however this came up on the diagnostic

:Unknown method in Mayor's House.Sims2Pack
:No files to extract

I really liked what I saw on the overview and was excited to get it for my sims story about a mayor
