i love this , it look very refreshing and cool there. love wood and the color blue. ihope to move in some of chobits sims in there soon . and i also only have sims3 ambition and generaton hehe

This would make a great vacation home. Not because it fits WA themes, but because it is so well laid out, compact, has several beds, and a general all-around vacation feel. I love it!
