I love Charmed, its one of my favorite shows. I just started a new neighborhood with a new college town, and just got my first sim in the student bin. I didn't like the dorms, this one should be great! Thanks!

Yes you are wrong, there are several charmed houses uploade of wich i have made two plus this one, if you look at them closely you see that they are not the same, we use different floorplans and lot sizes:D

If you do a search for Halliwell you will find several houses there, of which i have made three myself. One vacant, one with the Halliwell sisters and this one which is a dorm. Mine and GoddessByline´s houses are similar ofcourse since they are built with the same house in mind but they are not the same. Download them both if you dont believe me and look at them closely, you will see they are not the same:D

Btw, here is the link to my download at sims2.com so anyone who is wondering can download both mine and GoddessBylines house and tell me if they are the same....http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/lot...t&user_id=40727

To make a dorm, all you do is build a residential lot in the university area, then before exiting the lot you open up the cheat window by typing ctrl+alt+c and there you type: changeLotZoning dorm

Thats it

Hi

Sorry to state the obvious "ITS A TV SHOW-OF COURSE ALL THE COPIES ARE GOING TO BE SIMILAR BECAUSE ITS A REPLICA OF A REAL HOUSE!" (and yes, the outside is a real house you can actually get the floor plan from http://www.freewebtown.com/cngenera...rmed-tours.html )

By the way euroboy-Great job!

I downloaded Halliwell House and LOVE it! Nice job and I can't wait to see what you build next :-D

BTW, even though no one cares I checked out the other "Charmed" houses days before I downloaded yours. Externally they are all similar yet unique in their own ways. As a Charmed fan I was thrilled-I am not a talented builder yet. It is nice to see so many others visions of the manor.

Have a nice day and just keep simming.

Thanks Glad you like it.
Actually i am trying to perfect my building skills so im remaking the Halliwell house from scratch with the curved staircase and all since i didnt know how to make that when i built the first ones. I am also building a new series of "southern" homes called Clearwater Drive and i have one of the posted in here and another about to be published So more homes coming

Actually, and im not meaning to critisize anyone, hers is better, i mean, they are both awesome and i could never ever build anything like that, but hers is better, its more true to the Halliwell Manor....that being my favorite show i downloaded both, but yea...they are not the same...so before you go making assumptions like that maybe you sould download them both and see for yourself, there are some differences

I hope you (or anybody) can figure out how to make that curved staircase...although most of the Charmed simhouses look similar to the real house, they are quite a bit off without that staircase...the staircase's positioning can throw off all the upper stories...I've downloaded all the charmed houses i can find...but none are like the real one, but theyre pretty close. I hope that makes sense lol. Cant wait for somebody to make that staircase so we can have an actual replica of the house for our sims :D

Perfect, for a number one fan of charmed like me (I downloaded it strait away), but you could make it as a normal home for people without university.
