So so beautiful. I am in love with that sunken living room and all the levels. I also like this orange and black deck tile combo I am seeing. Because of the very open flow of the top floor I would definitely advise anyone to not place a phone or tv up there because sims wake up at the slightest of sounds when there's no door or archway separating the sleeping quarters from the phone or tv.

Very nice house, Tricia, as always. I think I'll re-decorate this one in 30's Art Deco style. I'm sure my wealthy Sims will love it. Keep up the great work.

stacefubar, I built the lot in the Moon Islands neighborhood. It should place there. I'll see if I can find another neighborhood where it works.
