It is Ulrike Faust a pre-made Sim from game with a few modifications

You say that baking gourmet cooking and cooking skills are boosted; are they boosted equally? Seems to me that as a pastry lover trait should raise the baking skill more so than the other two even if EA can't get foods in the right categories. We have mods for that anyways ; )

Baking skill increases as fast as other cooking skills and you have different ways to increase this skill such as new interactions, watching tv... Baking skill is already fast to increase without mod (personal opinion)

This is really awesome! I'm starting a sim now with the trait.

I noticed that the trait doesn't show up in the Social Groups for those who have Get Together. Is it possible to make it show up there?
