The amount of effort is appreciated and I think this is a much-needed update to refresh all this old furniture. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ITS GREATNESS.

This is cool. Is there a version of this download that does not replace the defaults but adds new objects? Not sure I want to get it unless there is an additional objects version

Wanted to report a texture error that appears on the small cloth tables that are used in Londoste.

Hello, sometimes this happens due to the nature of defaults. If you recolour and click on the same swatch it will sort itself out. (It’s just remembering the old texture that has been replaced with the new one)

I have not figured out a way to “fix” this without making the texture “brand new”.

Thanks for reporting though! If you see any other tables that do this please let me know?

These are now a default replacements to make them additional objects is it a simple as changing the GUID?

Will you upload that additional objects version or can someone create it and maybe upload it?

No you cannot just change a GUID. As the description states, it's a mesh and texture override. These are not complete objects. You can however get almost everything from different creators who have created these as new objects. Check out https://sims4t2bb.tumblr.com/

Hi! Thanks for the defaults ❤️, I have a little problem with the default MilanoRoyale both the mesh and the recolors don't appear in the game:/.

Hello, sorry that you have had these issues. Please make sure to remove any CEP / CEP_extra files for these to work, I believe there is one for that table called "CEP-EXTRA_MilanoDiningTable.package" inside the "zCEP-EXTRA" folder within the Sims 2 Documents folder.

Please also make sure that these defaults load last, you can do this by putting a underscore before the folder names. This should also minimise the risk of conflicts.

Let me know if it works for you!

[I]Too[/I] magical chair, floating without legs?
Nice conversion, unfortunatly one of the chairs are a bit too magical for my liking and is floating, its the Roll on by Fun in the Sun chair, any idea on how i can fix it?
Also i was wondering if it is possible to somehow shift the cost of some of the chairs? For example i would like to shift the prices of Sit-up-straight dining chair from 700$ to bowdacious dining chair 205$ but is that possible somehow?
Anyhow thank you very much for your hard work at bringing the sims 4 stuff to sims 2 which is the superior game

Hello! That is indeed a magical chair!

Happens to some people not everyone, if you recolour the legs they should appear!

In regards to changing the object price, it means adding the obj to the package and changing the price there, this contributes to your object count in game and is also may cause issues with GUID conflicts. But long story short, clone the original file, changing no names, extract the obj inside that file, you do not need to save the package, import into the default file, change values in the obj file. Should be as simple as that!

Thank you!! The default chairs are so ugly lol. I love how neat and organized the files are too, by the way! Very easy for me to pick and choose which ones I want to keep or not. Much appreciated!
