Have a random baby appear on a steps of a sim household beneath a plastic pink stork. Baby would be genetically related to sims that are currently in play (1 playable, 1 townie, both playables, or both townies). This could include any sim that has currently died.

That would be hilarious and the drama that could/ should/ would ensue .. priceless!
