I think you can already under the Friendly options, I believe it's "Ask to Clean Up!"

Well, I don't know why, but I can't get your mod to work. I checked with the dashboard and it doesn't conflict with anything. I don't know how to do it, I was so eager to start playing my 100 baby challenge again with your mod...

Very odd - do they definitely have the Neat trait, and is there stuff on the lot that needs cleaning? Any error messages?

Of course, I checked everything before writing the message. The child has the Neat trait, some beds are unmade, and toys are lying around on the floor. The option is available for the adult, but non-existent for the child.
I tried on several different games (I changed traits with Nraas when necessary) and I even reset the sims but it doesn't change anything, as if the mod is missing from my game...

And are you clicking on the lot somewhere and the option isn't appearing (like in the above screenshot)? Maybe try clearing caches? Lmk if it still doesn't work and I'll put it in my game to test.

I think I found the problem. I was using Buzzler's mod to allow everyone, teen to elder, to clean the house (without needing the neat trait). I thought I had removed it, but I hadn't, and Dashboard wasn't showing me the conflict (probably because the script is different, even though the lines are almost identical?)
And for your information, it also seems that toys lying on the floor don't trigger the option to clean the house (I don't remember if the original game does this, but with the mod I was using it worked), so I wanted to point that out just in case.

Now that I've removed it, the option appears without issue for neat children, but I hadn't considered that I would no longer be able to ask older Sims to clean the house if they don't have the trait.
Could you create a version of your mod where everyone can clean without having the neat trait, even children?
I tried adding children to Buzzler's mod without success, and I tried removing the trait requirement from your mod, but that doesn't seem to work either... It would be sooo great :D
