So, I don't get it. Do we download all the files, or just the first file? Does the first file include CC?

What a gorgeous, enchanting cottage! Even though my downloads folder is stuffed to the point of explosion I had to have this house - and all the add ons which is a great idea so you can choose what you want to go in the Old Witches Woods House. Plus I'm taking your advice on all the other stuff. Thank you muchly - I hope you'll make more magic like this cutie.

The cottage file includes the walls and floors and anything maxi... the additional file are cc recolors...thanks
