Wow. I'm usually very picky about modern houses, because so many people do them wrong IMO... but this house I can't find a single thing to complain about. Beautiful, interesting, and fun are the only things that come to mind.
Good job!

Listen! Do you smell that?

yeah, small issue. This so-called exe file it's supposed to have...it's not an exe file. it's a .7z file, and when I attempted to rename it as an exe, it ran but gave a bad driver error and shut down. Why can't you just pack the sims2pack file in the zip directly?

Granted I could take the time to read your decompression notes, but come on, what's the point of using a really odd compression method when it's completely unnecessary to do so? I don't want to go have to download some new obscure program for compression just for one house. I've never even seen a .7z file before.

SariikRequiem,

I'm sorry for that confusion, I packed most of my lot in 7-zip lately :duck:.

From now on, only when > 1 lots are packed together will winuha2-exe be used to save space.
I'll start to update my decompression notes for other lots...

"zip" really sucks in my opinion and has been given up as a compression method for >3 years for me now. I only use it as a packager only for file format recognition @ MTS2. I don't use it in my computer systems at all except for this particular reason. I can't even remember what the programme "winzip" is like... All that I remember is the user interface was really beautiful but its functionalities suck. So, whenever, I've got something zipped, quite often I convert that into other formats like mostly "uha" and "7z", then "ace" and lastly "rar". WinRAR 3.41 or above can already decompress 7-zip archives... So, if you've got that, you should have no problem. Coz rar is also used @ MTS2, it's better to have it or similar equivalence in terms of these functions.

I use a program called 7-Zip File Manager, it's completely free, and it opens every file I've encountered except .ace. Get it at download.com. =)

Another nice house, niol.

Moro,

Thanks for your comment and recommendation. I've already got 4.15b. Power Achiver 9.11 was still using version 3.12 of 7-zip engine. However, it has a somehow higher compressibility than 4.14b (probably due to the setting of dictionary and resources volumns), but the same compressibility as the 4.15b of 7-zip manager.

7-zip manager can compress "7z" mainly and decompress a list of formats.
Power achiver, a shareware, can compress at least 7 formats without having to switch the compression setting, including "cab", "zip", "7z" and others
Nevertheless, compressing "rar" still needs winrar.
