Default Tangram Heightmapper - For Height Maps
This tool can be used to "clone" height maps from the real world.
Then, you can convert them to a 16-bit PNG and import them into CAW.

You can adjust the "exposure" of the image to fiddle with the height, and increase the render size for more small details.
