Default Head Mesh Editor?
Which is the best head mesh (SKN) editing software? I have reskinned a head, but I need to adjust its shape to shape the face properly -- while preserving the existing texture positioning (UV map).

I've been considering Body Warp, and FaceLift Gold. I haven't used either before, so I'm not sure what they can do. Any tips from someone who has experience with head mesh editing?

I gave Body Warp a go, but, ironically, I can't find a way to warp the mesh in it. I don't understand how it works. Can it even shape/warp a mesh?

Does anyone here know how to modify an existing head/body mesh for The Sims 1?

I've never done anything with Sims 1 head or body meshes, myself, but I bookmarked some information about it, just in case I ever wanted to. Here's some stuff that might help:

Jerome's advice: https://web.archive.org/web/2007111...s/uk_guide1.htm

A tutorial with some pictures of how to do stuff:

Some other tutorials from Jerome, but you need to click on the left panel to bring them up:

I've made some mods for The Sims 1 -- yes, The Sims ONE :-) -- which you can find at http://corylea.com/Sims1ModsByCorylea.html

Thank you so much @Corylea! 🤗 This is perfect! It's an excellent guide/start.

It already answered my first question: BodyWarp cannot actually shape/warp a mesh.

It looks like the SKN mesh needs to be converted into an OBJ, and then edited in a 3D modeling software.
