It seems the creator changed their tumblr name to niecypoohsims and the original post is here, unfortunately the link in that post is dead too and the creator doesn't seem to have posted anything since 2021. Archive.org has their website archived but every link there goes through adfly (yuck!) and I'm not seeing these hairs there so they might just be lost media at this point. And considering they're apparently from 2017 chances are that even if you found them reuploaded somewhere they might no longer work at all in the game.
