That looks huge indeed, but the picture is very small making it hard to see what's what

I was bored and started fiddling with the floor plan in TS2. It either needs a massive downsize or a HUGE lot. So far I've gotten less than half of the house and ran out of space on a 5x6
I'd probably need a minimum of 5x12, just to fit the house.

I've looked up Duchess's 120x120 but I'm unable to find the folder it needs to go into. Might be due to my game being very legitimately acquired.

Edit: Made it work. It really is a challenge, almost overwhelmingly large to be honest. I now have a very raw build on a 100x100 I might work on whenever I'm bored

LOL - That house is 160Ft X 108Ft... in TS2 terms, that'd be a 54T X 36T house footprint.
That is HUGE (to say the least!)

I just measured in google maps those dimensions would take up half a block here. Just the house.

My version turned out to be close-ish to Cat's calculations; 50x28
Did some roofing and floor plan work, I'm a little confused about the whole Master suite area. It seems to be open to the hallway instead of having a door. Oh well.

Well... it's a 'guestimate', but I always start with thinking that 1T in Sims 2 is = to 3 feet/1 yard in American measurements.
I got that - by measuring stuff in my RL house and matching them to the correlating item in the game.
A single doorframe (in my house) is about 3 feet, and it is 1T in the game.
The stove, fridge, etc, are all around 3 feet in RL, and so are the correlating items in the game.

Now - you also have to take into consideration TS2 routing. But in a huge place like that ^ , I doubt you'll have any trouble.
