Recently my game crash when I try to open it or stuck in a black loading screen when the mod folder is in it, withoun't the folder it's runs fine. I took out all the cc and mods out of the folder and then run the game but it still crashed. I've deleted chase files and done all the other things this website's guides recomended, but didn't help at all :/
It's weird because I didn't have any problems with the mod folder before :/

What happens if you rename or pull your entire TS3 user game folder out of Documents and thus set it aside for safekeeping? What should happen is that a new game folder will spawn to take its place on the next launch, except with no content or saved games in it. Can you set up the Framework with the two usual sample mods on the new game folder and start up a test game in Sunset Valley? And if so, can you then start slowly adding your package files back into the new Mods\Packages folder and test this new game along the way?

Your old game folder can always be put back into place, but sometimes the game folders themselves just "go bad" for reasons not easy to determine and it's best to start over with a new one. When you have enough content added back in from the old game folder, if still successful, then you might consider copying your saved games into it if you have any that you would like to continue playing forward.
