Maxis provided us some very fit and good picture frames with Freetime EP.
With this set you can make many custom pictures in a blink of an eye.

Get the latest FREETIME SimPE here

Get CEP for FT
http://cep.modthesims2.com/

Launch SimPe, PhotoStudio plugin and begin creating your pictures for the game. You can hang all over your sims house with your favorite actors, models, bands pictures to look at them playing the game.

Yes you should put them into Simpe/Data directory
Currently playing Sims 4 full collection. (and fixing my mods folder)
