It's not really so horrible.

But yeah it's a male baby with a female skin.

I really think it looks funny when I create a Sim for fun and have a guy get a girl's skintone. XD It's hilarious. Especially the ones that come with lipstick and eyeliner.

hah, if there's one thing I find wierd, it's when male sims have female makeup.
