Have a physical, working antidote (vaccine) for occult states. There is awareness of the danger of becoming a plantman, less so for vampyres or werewolves, which only rare NPCs know about. But the plantman potion is known to professional gardeners who walk the streets. Yet people don't take any precautions against it before doing gardening, unlike in reality where we have vaccines against ticks or lockjaw or other conditions common in nature. The cures can only reverse the condition.

I don't use cures because the occult states seem to be much too deep to be easily undone. In reality curing a disease ir really hard. I have an immunity to vampyrism, but it is simply potions in the pocket, and not functional. I know the technical side how you don't actually become a plantman in practice without a long play session.

That's absolutely more likely, yes (didn't even think of that, but had a feeling it was something else than personality )

A hack that lets Sims stock leftovers from their inventory directly to fridge (preferably with options for multi or single serving). I have to manually do that when I first start a round as most of my Sims visit the Jacquet bakery at least once.

Something (invisible in live mode) that would turn on and lock the channel on all TVs in a lot to a specific channel, so that a sports bar could have the sports channel, or a hospital could have waiting rooms on entertainment or news, or a preschool could have cartoons, without Sims constantly turning the TV off when they themselves are done watching.

Hmm, I think there are mods that prevent sims from autonomously changing the channel or turning off the tv, so you can kinda get close to that.

There's one here that only allows the workout channel. https://modthesims.info/d/382409/in...cise-class.html I don't think they can turn it off either.

The mod is from Squinge and it is here:

The exercising mods mentioned by Charity also all work very well and I use all of these in my game too.

A mod that allowes for NPC (like service NPC or townie Sims employed on private business) to acumulate/add actual money they are payed by sims. For example... Kailynn Langerack could end up with fine amount of money once you make her selectable (because she is hired by both Don Lontario and the Pleasant family).

I keep track of that myself with the budget transactions of SimTracker2.0.
Though not intentially made like that 😅

You could gift them something. i.e an NPC has an inventory

If a burglar steals from you (if you don't have a burglar alarm) and you make friends with them and ask them to move in, what they stole from you will be in their inventory. Take for example a maid, if you make friends and keep giving them gifts when they become playable those gifts will still be in their inventory.

Technically if you had an employee and you gave them a small gift each day, if/when they became playable they could sell all those gifts and have a pile of simolians.
