I haven't on this part of the forum in AGES! He's a lone, interior shot of a restaurant/lounge/bar I'm currently working on.

I broke my game again. While I'm waiting for the game to load again for the billionth time today, I thought I'd share some pics of from my Lucky Palms makeover.

I'm still working on it but I added a pool area with a bar , and outdoor sitting...

I made a "Rebel Room" above a coffee house in Georgia Falls.


Comfy sofas for planning the next revolution. Art supplies for creating banners. Don't look in those crates, those are personal business! Benji will be picking them up in a few days.


The TV can only receive one single channel and that's not Fox.


This is where revolutionary manifestos and rebellious poems are penned. The noodles are for when they can't afford to eat at the café downstairs.


There is even a sleeping quarter, for when the parental authorities have been tyrannical again. The warning sign was "borrowed" from a road maintenance site. They're sorry that Bob broke his leg falling into the pot hole, but he should really have been using a flash light.

Jmac90, I love how realistic those buildings look,and they have that old city feel I like.
dlisted, very nice use of that courtyard, everything looks in place. And, the lucky Palms lot is so elegant, I like this clean modern style. Very beautiful.

I know that several years have passed since the last post was published here, but, hey, sims 3 community lots are still a thing, so, here I am reviving this thread with the pics of my newly built community lot. Now only exterior is done.

Inspired by Tom's Diner from Cyberpunk 2077










Salon/Clothing Store with food kiosk that is self-serve. Also sells perfume and jewelry from Artisan's Glassblowing and Jewelry Making Station...or so that's the plan. I have not set it up the way I want yet.

This restaurant which I am thinking to rebuild to include as a part of something which I don't know yet. Maybe this could be apart of the indoor swimming pool.

Thank you. The aquarium restaurant, diner and clothing boutique items are from the game and from what I can tell items from LN, AMB, OLS, ITF, IP, 70's, 80's, 90's Stuff, TS3 Store, BG, ST, SEAS, KPST, FLS and UL. However I might have missed an EP/SP though. The only CC I am aware of is Ani's version of the 'It's Business Time Industrial Oven' and menu (also default plates) so that the restaurants actually functions as one without Sims constantly leaving and sometimes never finding a replacement. So I use specific Sims who live in the neighborhood to act as live in Role Sims. Plus it's nice to have kids be able to order food on their own.

Unrelated but it was fun having Leone play hooky and coming here to pass the time after it started raining as he was fishing at the pond. On a sidenote: The popcorn machine I used moveobjects on cheat to just look like it sits on the countertop but when viewed from the opposite direction is easy to tell, lol. And yes, it is still functional.
