This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default servo problem
my servos environment need seems to be permanently stuck at rock bottom (red) even though my house and outdoors are spic and span and well decorated

i even tried using testingcheats and insimenator to get it up. its frozen there

Have you reset the servo? Either use moveobjects on to delete the servo, then exit and re-enter the lot; or use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, right-click the servo, hit Force Error and then Reset.
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
