i'm making a thread like this for each hood,ts2 and 3 basically post ideas on what would happen in these disasters:

tsunami
volcano
earthquake
nuclear apocalypse
zombies
plague
fire
alien invasion
purge

an earthquake splits the land up into 4 bits where 4 factions lay:

the sugar spice and every single thing nice! section has the highest peace rating and is an overall idyllic section.

the everything evil and more faction has no law and encourage crime and evil

the normal section has humans trying to live normally but with the other factions its pretty hard...

the uniters want everyone to make peac e with eachother
