Help! I'm trying to update the look of Mick's Master Karaoke (live music venue) to that of a Polynesian tiki lounge. I want to change the roof style and texture to a thatched roof. No matter what I do, I cannot change the color or even the type of roof - it remains a hipped roof with the burgundy red clay tiles. I've deleted it, I've tried a different lot location, nothing changes. I've changed the lot type, I've enable testingcheatsenabled cheat, everything I can think of. No other lots, residential or commercial, have this issue. I can change the furnishings and the wall coverings, so it will let me update other aspects, just not the roof. I don't want to have to rebuild this from scratch. Anyone else encounter this issue with this lot or others, and were you able to figure out a solution? Or am I just special??? LOL

Have you tried the Build/buy cheat that’s used to build outside apartments? restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false

I don’t know if you have had an issue editing outside but I would try that because it could have a marker outside. I’m not logged in to check. Just got my gaming laptop back after a month of having fixes and upgrades added to it.
