I am aware that this program is not on MTS but I am hoping a friendly person can guide me.
When I click on the application a window appears for a split second then vanishes. Is there a particular place you need to put this program?

S3RC is basically just a batch script, it doesn't do anything by itself
All you have to do is drag the file(s) onto the icon of the .exe - then a similar black console window will appear for a moment and will close when it is done. Only takes a couple of seconds for most things, but it is also normal for it to take a minute or so on a very large file such as a world.
