So i'm planning on building a community lot that would be like a place where self employed or skill career based sims could go to work like an architect's office or an artist workplace and gallery that isn't on his basement

The main thing is, can i set access to specific sims to a lot? let's say i want to set that only writers are allowed to visit that lot, can i do that with nraas? also, is it possible to configure the probability of a sim visiting a lot?

Also,try consider making a nraas caste for only that profession. (I haven't created too many castes, only a species only one to make vampires the only immortals. So I cant vouch for the workablitiy of it for career based castes, only species.) But here's the instructions:
