Hi all,

So it's been about 4-5 years since i've been active on this website, and the Sims anniversary has had me engaged with TS1 and TS2 again (the originals not the rerelease, since both work fine on my Windows 10 install). I tried to log in here the other day, and it wouldn't work at all. I still know my username, and I also have the email it was registered to, but anytime I try to request a password reset, this website claims it recognises neither. Now I don't recall that inactive accounts have ever been deleted here, so could there be another issue? I'm trying to figure this out so I can dump this throwaway and log in again properly.

When you write you were active on this website, were you a creator or participated in any of the community forums?
You could try searching the forums with your previous user name; if there are entries, then your password could be reset as you definitely exist.
If there are no returns, perhaps the name itself might differ slightly - not the first time for me, that a user name has to have a special character e.g. ladysimplayer8!

Hope this gets sorted.

Please email admin AT modthesims.info the following:

- Old username
- Old email address(es)
- Birthday

Then I can track it down and deal with it there.
