Default WCIF A fix for "pregnant belly" for sims who aren't pregnant
Upon aging up, often times, females look pregnant but aren't. Is there a fix somewhere that makes it so that only pregnant sims have big bellies like that?

This is a quirk of the sims 4 genetics system. MC command center (https://deaderpool-mccc.com/) has settings that can mitigate some of the issues. This video shows what settings you can use: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26E773Yohq4

It IS possible you have mods that are messing with the genetics, so maybe test with a clean save first just to be sure.
