Default Is there any demand for un-decorated lots?
We all know there's at least three types of Simmers, including Simmer who love to decorate but don't like building. I had an idea for potentially posting un-decorated but landscaped lots for, well, for decoration. What do you think?

One thing I learned about The Sims 3 is that heavily decorated lots can cause lag. Apparently, it's a common issue with some of the premade lots. I think your idea is great, especially because your lots would serve as a template or canvas for people to work on.

However, if you don't wanna have your interiors looking bare compared to the landscaping outside, you could still decorate the interior spaces, but follow a more minimalist style of design/decorating, just to keep things somewhat balanced. An indoor plant over here, a painting over there, you know.

That's me! I'm sure I can't be alone. I love empty unfurnished lots that have a bit of landscaping.

I also appreciate undecorated lots, though I do like it when they have bathroom, bedroom, and fridge already set up in case I need to get back to playing fast. Small lots would be so great, too!

Considering I have to remolve most of thedecoration and furniture from every lot I install, yes I prefer less-finished lots. Also I prefer small to middling lots (under 30X30 at the most, smaller is preferable) because the small ones are hard to find and alsdo much more versatile since they can be plopped on to larger empty lots.

A bit late, but I'd like to chime in for landscaping! Creating realistically landscaped and feature-rich outdoor spaces is a challenge, so small unfurnished homes that make good use of exterior areas and have curb appeal would be most welcome.
