Default Curious bug in SimPE
I was attempting some painting recolors today in SimPE, and very oddly, when I saved the recolors, the texture image was dropped out of the package for some of the meshes. I tried to recolor "Lady on Red," and that worked, but "We Call it Football" and "Lily Pads" both experienced this defect. Since the whole point of a recolor is the texture image, that means no recolors for those meshes unless I figure out why SimPE is doing this. One would think it would do it to all the meshes if it did it to any, but there are many other objects I've recolored that have worked just fine.

(To clarify: there are 3 items associated with each painting, the texture image and what are presumably object parameters of some sort. In the defective recolors, I only get the two other files, not the texture file, even though the package size is the same! If one then goes into the game to buy the object, he finds a picture frame with the "missing texture" filler)

Puzzled.

Make sure the CEP is properly installed (files in the correct spots, etc.), and that SimPE is linked up to the CEP (check the settings where the EPs and such are linked), and double-check that the "_EnableColorOptionsGMND" file is in your Downloads folder (if you move out that file, recoloring items that require the CEP won't pull all the resources. Should be directly in the Downloads folder, not in a subfolder).
Me? Sarcastic? Never.

If you have installed any defaults or CEP extras, make sure to read what they may have been repo'd to. There are extras out there that repo both of those to other meshes.
