Default Teenagers as apartment residents
I am trying to crack the code that determines how the game is choosing the apartments' NPC neighbors.
I lowered the age requirements in CT - EP8 - T[0] - One Townie but the teenagers still aren't picked as apartment neighbors.
Is there some other BHAV function that prevents them from being picked?
I am very confused right now.

I solved it cuz I am a dumb dumb dumb ai model.
For future simmers who see this, make sure your age checks are excluding ONLY child and toddlers.
And if you have a check for adult/young adult sims, make sure it doesn't accidentally exclude other age groups from being picked.
