I have no idea what the problem here is, for some reason the game keeps spawns service npcs, specifically Repairman and resort workers. I keep deleting them, cause its the only thing I can do, but the problem is as you can see, the "Repairman" names are multiple and for some reason has five clickable options, and all of them are the same settings. I don't know what to do, and I don't know what causes this.

Searching online, it only shows results for immigration, but thankfully I have resolved this problem a while ago, you can see they are on false, but the services keep spawning new sims, and not only they keep spawning, but it creates extra 'Repairman' options as well for no reason.

It has happened this before, and there was like 10 "Repairman" clickable options and it was the same settings. I just had enough of it and I don't know if anyone else has this problem, and if they have solved it before. Digging online I havent find anything, and it was weird to me.

You could try to run the game without Register installed. Other thing you should try is to hit Reset Tuning in Register, then Reset Everything via Master Controller. Reinstall Register, clean cache files and restart the game. Use save cleaner if desired or make a fresh copy of Sims 3 documents folder.

Or, in Register, you can set the number of Repair staff to 2, the normal one.

Can that be done with newspaper delivery NPCs. I've cancelled the delivery via Retuner, but my game still generates them and I end up killing them (it's cruel, but I don't want them lurking around).

I believe it does, killing them doesn't stop the game from regenerating service sims.

When I cancelled the newspaper delivery, I didn't set the number of newspaper NPCs in the pool to 0 (the default is 2), and that was why my game kept generating them. They aren’t a big problem, but when the game creates them, they just stand on the other side of the road in front of a random lot doing nothing.

I didn’t check whether Register has these settings, but if you have Retuner, you can disable them there. City Hall > Nraas > Retuner > Settings > General > By Tuneable XML > Sims.3.Gameplay.Services > NewspaperDelivery > kServiceTuning.

Edit: I also set them to 0 in Register, but if they aren’t set to 0 in Retuner, the game generates them anyway - idk is this a bug related to Register or it's conflict between Register and Retuner.

They are already set to 2 by default! (I didn't change anything)

If you use an old version of it you should update it.

Yeah and I don't know how to remove or say it was solved here, I was embarrassed to ask tbh.
Thankfully I fixed my problem

The problem from what I gathered was my old Sims 3 folder, once I removed it, and I had to make a new save, the problem was fixed, except from having twice pizza deliveries, and butlers, but I don't mind, cause they don't create extra Repairman each time I was loading my save.

You've made a right choice - making a fresh copy of the data folder repairs most of the problems.

If Register spawns them again you can annihilate service NPCs via Master Controller > Town > Total Annihilation > Service. Then hit Reset Everything in MC too and see if Register keeps spawning them afterwards again.
