A few years back I downloaded a horse set that make them look like Kirins/Dragons. Now everytime I play some horses spawns with these CCs

My problem is that I can't seem to find the file in my folders to edit the "Random" value

So I'm wondering if anyone has the CC or that at least know the name of the file

I don't know who made it. I thought that it might be Alastair Schrödinger but I can't find any mention of the CC. I only remember that I found the CC set on Tumblr

The set included an accesory that was two horns that was curved towards the back of the head and it also had thin whiskers like an eastern dragon
