Default missing content when logged in
Hello,
I have an issue and I don't know how to solve it and why it even happens in the first place. It's been like this for a few years which made me not really log in anymore. When I am logged in, I cannot see everything available for download. Some content just doesn't show up. Currently, at the time of this posting, it says "Downloads (15,115 found)" when going to the "recently added" section of Sims 4 when logged in. When logged out, it actually says "Downloads (15,148 found)" and I can see a couple of things I cannot when logged in. One example being the mod called "Moonstones for Fairies! Fairies Benefit From Moonstones!"
The same also goes for older Sims games. Is this known? Does anyone know how to fix it? It's a little annoying having to log out and check for more stuff. I looked through the settings, but there is nothing I could find that is related to this. Maybe I'm just missing something very obvious. My account is activated and verified from what I understand, so I don't really get why this issue is even a thing. Any help?
Thank you very much.

It must be something to do with your profile in particular - when logged in, I can see all 15,148 downloads for Sims 4, and can see the "Moonstones for Fairies! Fairies Benefit From Moonstones!" mod on the main Sims 4 downloads page.

I didn't change anything, so it's weird. I can see that mod on the main page of ModtheSims under recently uploaded (but just 3 mods in general), but when I go to the Sims 4 section, it is gone.

I can see the mod you gave as an example requires "Enchanted by Nature". Your profile doesn't list this as an owned pack. Might that be the reason?

Huh, I didn't think this was it. I added the pack and now I can see the mods. Thank you very much. I honestly did not think this could be a reason behind this.

The download browser automatically uses your "Owned Games" to show you content that specifically will work with what you have. If you don't have it, it won't show it. You can tell it which packs to show regardless of games owned by using the "Filter Packs" option which also has a link at the bottom showing you how to make it stick in your profile.

I think the main issue here is that it's not really communicated that you *have* filtered packs, so I'll look into adding a banner again like the site used to have years ago.

Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies.
