well I dont know where to look for support, but I am not able to download anything from this page, I am getting the same error already for weeks " The server at chii.modthesims.info is taking too long to respond."

I thought it might be because me old account was a bit limited ( I was not able to confirm my email, but I was logged in) so I created a new one, but the problem persists.
Can anyone help me?

You should be able to download without logging in, so I doubt it's account problems.

Personally, I don't seem to have any issues downloading, at least from recent items. It's possible it could've been a passing issue with the servers, or an issue on your end (network/internet issues, download speed, connection, etc.)

Can you post a link to a few of the items you're having troubles downloading, just to check?

Hi, thank you a lot for your response.

I have already found out, that this problems persists only when I am connected to a special network. The downloading works on my other one. ( I am not using it as it it very slow)
So I have to contact my internet provider, why he is blocking downloading from this page.

Who is your internet provider?

If you click on your avatar picture on the top right of this page, choose options and then you are taken to a page where you can see this:






Tick the 'Bypass CDN' box then 'save changes' and that should allow you to download directly instead of through Chii.
