Clearly I'm now here, but I'm still confused.

Let's play show and tell to better show my confusion. Info that has been blocked out is my IP address and activation codes.



I don't have any control over my IP address. I'm not hiding behind a VPN as Verizon will not allow me to use one.

In this email it states that I need to use the activation code to unlock my account. However, when I tried using it (three times), it was rejected and I kept getting the message I needed to use the activation code.

Then there was this other email:



For shits and giggles, I used the code from this email which worked.

I can understand the whole IP address thing as spamming around here is a problem. However, if my account is going to be locked every time my IP address changes which I have zero control over, it isn't worth it. I not asking for a exception to the rule, but we're talking about sims here. It isn't deep.

What is annoying is the activation code thing. Why are two different codes being suggested but only one works? I believe I kept both of these emails, so if somebody wants to see the two different codes, I will send them via PM or something.
