Could be the fridge or the dishwasher. Sometimes, the previous placement of other objects or the order you place them in will mess up the counters/corners, for no apparent reason.

Try placing two counters next to the fridge/under the window, then do the corner with the third one, and then place the one with the dishwasher.

You can also try placing the fridge and dishwasher last (after the counter placement is correct).

Could the window be getting in the way? Might want to place that last too.

Yup, It's the windows fault, removed it and they connected, placed back in and they disconnected

That looks like a cc window? Does it happen with vanilla windows in your game? It doesn't in mine. You may need to do a 50/50 to find the culprit.

Nope, thats a vanilla window, this one to be exact
However, I sold the window and bought the exact same one, and.. now it works? Some weird stuff is going on for sure, but it works, fixed so thats all that matters

Update: It appears it wasn't the window's fault at all, the culprit was these two bloody pet bowls, moved them? Now they connect, move them back in and connect no more

If you placed them with cheats (quartertile or Snapobjects), they likely were placed too close and interfered with the counter.
