For personal reasons I have decided to burn down the Goth mansion. Sadly in the base game fire doesn't really cause the kind of wreckage I'd like to see. I am looking for build CC that will help me burn Ophelia Villa to the perfect crisp in style. I'm thinking stuff like exposed walls/structural elements, holey roof textures, charred wallpaper/appliques, shattered windows, and some tasteful rubble.
