When I first saw him, I was tempted to sing "I'm a lumberjack, and I'm OK" - but he definitely isn't that kind of guy! I'm putting him into my 'hood (which always needs more guys) as an architect.

Sims are BaseGame compatible - you shouldn't need anything but the base game.
He is packaged with Maxis hair and clothes - they may have come from an EP/SP, but if you don't have them, then the game will automagically substitute another hair and clothes when you open him up in CAS.
