Default world 825 mb
Hi,
I made a world that is based on the lay-out of Sunset Valley. It is a big world: about 825!! Mb, crazy amount of CC, 83 pre-made Sims, 34 households. Only the basegame is needed to play.
I wanted te make a world with lots of possibilities to build, create and play.
Overall it doesn't look like Sunset Valley, and all the housholds have there own unique storylines.

My question is: due to its large size: is there a point in sharing this world? Or is it pointless because it's so big?

If I would share the world, I would of course credit all the creators of the included CC.

One of the worlds I shared is larger filesize than that, I don't think this would be a problem! Calling @HugeLunatic who may be able to advise.

Thank you for your reply! That is good to know, I still need to translate everything, but I would like to share it eventually.

I don't think the size matters, only for those who have a small HD. xD The more important part is that the layers/routing are optimized. Sims 3 worlds are the most involved and require the most information to upload to MTS of all games. Not to deter you, but just so you are aware of all the requirements required to upload.

World Upload Guidelines - Note anything with a red x in the TS3 column does not apply.

Hi, I tried to upload, but it doesn't work, due to its file size or because oploading in parts is not supported.
Is there another way? I tried Win.Rar and Zip.

Errors:
Error 107 - Multi-part archives are not supported
This occurs when you supply an archive thats been split into multiple files, usually a very large source file. These are not currently supported.

Sonneweide.rar:
File is too big (525.67MiB). Max filesize: 256MiB.

Ah, multi-part used to be supported, I didn't realise that was no longer the case. I think it must be because the site coder made a nifty thing that checks what's inside an archive.
