Update:
The Sim actions appear to be working fine. I had to go back in Milkshape to try and fix the "skin" mesh but it wasn't working
, so I just extended the lower part of the pants further down. I wanted to have that part but I guess the mesh wont allow for it. Oh well, the mesh is working really great on the other hand! No issues here!
