So, I was watching a video by 'zi ctrls' trying the Sims 2 re-release, and found out they could visit a neighbor, and without joining a family, which is different from Chris Hatch's version that's more familiar.
I really wonder if there could possibly be a mod like this somewhere? Or is it another flavor of Chris Hatch's version? I'm not sure, I hope someone knows
