I've been searching for this for a while now but no luck so far.

Unfortunately I can't get CAW to work for now, so can't make one with it.

Stuff I've found which is close:

I doubt you will find many entirely empty worlds with lots, but you can always delete lots and neighbourhood deco in Edit Town.

- Whour Valley - looks like it has less empty space than Windtal, but I like it, I will try it out
- Mohave - I found it and really liked it, but couldn't get to the link (requires a google profile)

I'm looking to place a 3x4 grid of 64x64 lots next to each other... Probably won't be necessary in the end, but I've started with building and want to figure out how much space I will need and *then* place the roads, assuming I someday get CAW to work.

Equestrian worlds are a great idea, I didn't know this subcategory existed. You showed me so many awesome options I haven't come across, I'll be trying out worlds for a while now, thank you! Awasajiw I'm particularly excited about from the pictures.
