Installation:
The archive contains two files - the town itself and Mods.
1) Unzip the HG01 folder and move it to: Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods.
2) The "Canopy MODS" folder contains custom content needed for the neighborhood's ambiance (the folder contains a minimal amount of CS content). Unzip the contents and move it to: Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads.

Families and Lots:
1) 14 playable families
2) 18 community lots
3) NPCs have no biographies or memories
