I tried to estimate this house because once I also built a spa house. Your house has so many apartments, like the most great places are occupied by rentals. I don't know what type you prefered fer this building, you haven't write anything, you shared it in community section and I don't see any welcome rugs by all doors, so I see it as hotel type. And it will look great with no losing functions. Some rooms lacks tables for having dinner in suite, and most seems do not have phones to do request. Other then that... yep... for me this is a nice looking hotel for teen-to-adult sims with no pets or children in crew.

What a Beauty! I need to make room for this in my town!

The hotel area is more for a decorative use as a community lot , part of the tenement row, but it can be used more :D
