But you can't touch him to make him playable because he's one of the 'untouchable' NPC's to make him die or something like that.

The visitor controller does not have that option. All one can do is delete him off the lot every time he comes on.


No, Unsavory Charlatan isn't an object NPC. He's a regular NPC in the service sims household, he's exactly as dangerous to your game as the maid is. The visitor controller does have settings to ban NPCs, by the way, they just don't always work in my experience.

Which would make him not unplayable but very uninteresting and annoying to boot.

The visitor controller does have settings to ban the NPCs, but he is one of those that it does not recognize or ban. Every other one is accounted for (including the Cow Mascot) but why he was omitted is beyond my understanding because he shows up on every single community lot ever made.

Hack/mod to make sims eat faster when they're having meals together that works with AL? Somewhat tired of sims eating a dish(NOT a full-course meal!) for a couple of hours(in sims time, of course).
