Is it there a way to make a male Sims available to get pregnant via Simpe?
I'm no talking about alien pregnancy and I want the Sim, be always avaible to get pregnant, but to keep speaking and behaving as a male

RCC is probably the best option, although it can be a bit complicated to use:

toggled: RCC has an option to "treat sim as [other gender]". This will make the game treat this sim like their chosen gender in terms of voice, job titles, messages and attraction, so it effectively makes a sim trans.
alien token: An RCC option that changes how pregnancy works

An untoggled human male sim can by default RCC setting be impregnated by an untoggled alien male sim or a toggled alien female sim - So if the biological father has an alien token, they can impregnate human men (and alien men too). The alien token won't actually affect anything in the game, since the game does not by default distinguish between alien and human sims, so it's just there for RCC purposes.

That does mean that you can't set things up so your sim will be able to get pregnant from any man, you need to set things up so your sim's chosen partner can impregnate him.

RCC also has an alternate pregnancy controller option, which makes things a bit more chaotic, as it treats aliens capable of reproducing with anyone.

No, toggled/untoggled and treat as M/F are separate options that do different things. Marking a male sim as "toggled" will make it so that they can get impregnated by any male sim, basically having the reproductive capabilities of a female sim, but everything else about them will continue to be male (voice, pronouns, etc.). If you just choose "treat as F" then they will be treated as female for all voice/pronouns/pregnancy/etc. purposes, they will just have a male body.

RCC also doesn't have anything to do with any of the various alternate pregnancy controllers, it only controls the getting pregnant part and not anything to do with the actual pregnancy controller. The thing that makes it so that every sim can impregnate every other sim is the global alien token, which is just a token you can give to the hood as a whole.
