If you want to make the height of all sims of a certain age group the same, what is the exact command you have to put in?

Let's say I want to make the height of all young adults average.

Then which one of the following is the exact comment I have to put in the cheat command

1. shage youngadult 0

2. shage youngadult average

3. set_height_age youngadult 0

4. set_height_age youngadult average
