Default This Baby Just Wont Age
I am going. to go insane. I have tried everything. Resetting the baby, deleting the baby, agesims, sim blender, sim manipulator, controlling the baby, cakes, 6pm, EVERYTHING. When I try using sim blender or sim manipulator, it gives me the nesting error. When I try using them while holding the baby, the sims puts the baby down and boom, error again! I'm actually going insane what is wrong with my baby. I'm playing a neighboorhood-wide story I NEED this baby to age to continue the timeline cry
I started this on saturday in-game
it is now wednesday. this has been going on for 5 days.

Hmm, I wonder if simler90's Aging Baby to Toddler Fix, listed with their Aging Mods, would help?

There is an issue in the game with the automated Help with Birthday code which prevents sims from aging babies to toddlers, especially if the baby happens to be in a crib, but it can happen in other situations, too. What happens usually is that both sims freeze for a bit during the Help with Birthday interaction, then the interaction drops and gets replaced with the Hold interaction. Sometimes it may take hours or even days for sims to properly age babies to toddlers, so it is a serious problem. This mod should fix this problem once and for all.

The lotsynctimer has an option to age the baby. If you have Simler's fix, the Sim Blender won't work anymore, unless you have my fixed version of it.

And I already have it, apparently.

Is there any chance I could get that fixed version?

I would scrap trying to age the baby and instead try and figure out why it isn't ageing. Something is stopping it. Could be a serious glitch with that hood, that lot, or the sim itself.

First I would take that error report and drop it onto "What caused This" by pick N Mix. if that shows up a certain mod or cc remove it. See if the baby ages.

Next I would run Hood Checker whether or not the baby aged before. If the baby ages after this it could be the Checker fixed some corruption.

If not I would make a full back up, remove all of your CC and see if you can age the baby with no downloads. Add back in maybe just the simblender to make that easy to test. If the baby ages up you will know its something in your download folder.

If not: It's probably the sim itself. You could try setting the age in SimPE and if that doesn't work I would suggest letting the social worker take the baby and testing cheats your sim to quickly have another baby.

If there were some sim-related reason for why the baby isn't aging, it would probably just be throwing an error. Baby aging has always been notoriously glitchy. There is no way to trigger the help with birthday interaction, and even birthday cakes often don't work. Supposedly, Simler fixed this issue, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are still issues occasionally. Changing the age in SimPE will just result in a toddler stuck in a baby's body, which does not solve the problem.

If she were only using cake yes, but she says she used the simblender and the baby didn't age and she got an error, and this has been going on for 5 sim days.

Yes, because as I stated above, Simler's mod breaks that function on the Sim Blender.
