Where can I find a non-default for this 'hair' the link is dead on page

I managed to find this! 
An image search gave me this thread on SimsCave which had the thread link for the original post on Sim Oasis:

It showed me that the creator was FlowerMisty, and even though the Dropbox link is dead, I got the filename from the link:

I used that filename ([FlowerMisty]SO-April Theme 2012) to search SimsFileShare, and found this:
https://simfileshare.net/download/263690/
Which is an upload by JulieJ, and works! It contains all the files that FlowerMisty uploaded in that contest.
I hope it's the right one, and that it works for you!
